Scouting for Food
A group fundraising campaign for Food Bank of Iowa.
About This Campaign
Scouting for Food has never been more important than it is today. With schools closures and countless workers laid-off, the Food Bank of Iowa is looking for tremendous food assistance to support Iowans in need. Mid-Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America is calling on our communities to aid your local food bank during this tough time. Community members can now donate online or drop off any food you purchase or already have at the local food banks. Let's all work together and make this year’s effort even more successful than last year’s drive by gathering more than 25,000 meals across the Mid-Iowa Council!

Campaign to Support Food Bank of Iowa
At the Food Bank of Iowa, we’re dedicated to ending hunger in Iowa—for each one of the 175,000 children, families, and seniors we serve. With your help, we can.
$0.98 cents of every dollar donated to Food Bank of Iowa supports our food distribution programs. By keeping administrative services expenses (1.45%) low, we can provide 4 meals for every dollar contributed to Food Bank of Iowa.
Together, we can solve hunger.
